Join us for engaging and interactive exercises led by nationally recognized anti-violence educator, Becka Tilsen.  This workshop will provide you with specific tools and concepts to enrich your personal and professional relationships.  We will also explore the implications of boundary setting on our movements for social justice.  Whether you are new to the subject or an experienced facilitator, there will be something for you!

Facilitator Becka Tilsen, MA, LMHCA, is the former Director of Home Alive, internationally acclaimed self-defense school.  Becka authored a curriculum on boundary setting for the Northwest Network of Bi, Trans, Lesbian and Gay Survivors of Abuse.  She lives in Seattle, where she is a coach and consultant with change making organizations and individuals.
