Join us for a dinner and discussion with Meg Novak, a midwife, mother, and artist who is active for the struggle for prison abolition in the state of Minnesota.
Come and learn about how to be an effective ally to families involved in social justice movements, and how facilitate safe spaces and promote families and children at demonstrations, within organizations, and within movements in general. Parents involved in activism and those who support them encouraged to attend. Childcare will be provided.
All are welcome to share experiences, thoughts, and questions.
